The Site

Luxurious Villas are located approximately two miles East of town in what is locally known as "Sumners Point Marina" (John Turchin is building a super luxurious development called "Bora Bora Bahamas).

Rum Cay Beach Resort has three buildings. Two 4-plex's and 13 unit Condominium complex. The two 4-plex buildings are located on the Beach with the duplex nestled in the center behind the these units , it has  a "Pat Rahming Custom Design LAndscape and Pool and sunbathing deck. All units have a view of the blue waters of the Sea or of the Pool Area . A sturdy seawall is built in the front of the property and offers protection from the elements and provides an extended white sand beach front area.

Building "A", on the west of the property, will break ground in February of 2007 with expected completion in May 2007.
Building "B", in the East of the property, started in June 2007 and is expected to be completed by September 2007.
Ground breaking for the condominium comples "C" is expected to start in Octoober 2006 and be completed by February 2008.

Floor Plans & Pricing

The duplex, located in the rearof property, overlooks the pool area. The building houses identical upper and lower condos, ranging from 1100 square feet to 1930 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms. The large front verandah is accessible by the great room through beautiful french doors. The spacious  suite holds a large custom-made wood closet and bathrooms with double sinks and separate shower and bathtub.  The laundry/utility room is by the main entrance. The great room consists of a large gourmet kitchen with bar area, dining and living areas all with ocean and poolside views and breezes.

The Building 'A & B' fourplex is situated on either side of the pool and duplex with unobstructed views of the ocean. The building contains two lower and two upper condos. A hallway runs down the center of each condo leading to a large master suite with master bath, a second bathroom and bedroom on the opposite side of the hall and a laundry/utility room by the main entrance.They will be designed for four 1890 sqr ft, 3 bedroom units. Observation Deck
