Deposit &
Payments:
A deposit amount equal to 2 nights is
required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received
within two (2)days after the reservation have been confirmed. Full
payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival or your
reservation will be cancelled. If full payment is not received 30
days prior to your arrival date, your entire deposit will be
forfeited and no refund will be issued.
If you have made a
reservation thru a Travel agent it is your travel agent's
responsibility to insure that your deposit and/or full payment have
been paid to Grand Colony Villas. We are not responsible for any
losses or cancellations due to non-compliance and non-payment by
your travel agent.
Cancellation &
Refunds:
The following
penalties will apply in case of cancellations:
- 60 days or more prior to arrival date: Full
Refund, less USD$50 Service Fee.
- 30 to 59 days prior to arrival:
50% Refund.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: NO
Refund. This includes any cancellation due to airline
delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God – including
hurricanes.
- No refund for no-show or unused portions of
accommodation.
If guests are required to evacuate the hotel
for any reason, we will issue a credit voucher valid for one year
for any remaining days.
